But if she ever took control despite his voluntary status, he'd want to kill her too.

SINCE I AM DOING HEARTS ON ANOTHER MEME, have some an image representation!

Huey is settling fairly well! He's kind of nebulous in personality because his one memory was about being . . . like. A teenager. So obviously he takes it with a grain of salt. However, luckily he is on a very nice team, kind of quiet but also respectful and yet also very team-y. There is space and stuff, IT'S GREAT. He still don't give a shit tho.

So Allen on Rats, does that please you? Why.

IT PLEASES ME!! Rats was one of my requests along with Tia and Amal so I knew I was gonna end up on one of them. Kyr is a little tricky for me because I wasn't sure what kind of team he'd fit on and didn't want to fully leave it to chance, so instead of trying to find a team that would work best I ended up focusing on characters I thought he'd do well with. Honestly my preference for him would have been Cats but I'll stop playing Shirayuki over my cold dead body so compromises must be made. And Rats are all very fun to bounce off of so far so I am very pleased with how things are going!

All of the characters you've ever played are stuck in a motorhome on a cross-country trip. What happens and do they even make it onto the freeway before something explodes??

Andromeda is mysterious. She doesn't quite understand her. Lyncis is feral, which is not only a term for untamed non-domestic cats, but also a specialization of Druid in WoW that specializes in transforming into...large scary cats! So think more that side of it.

Lyra is Atonement; there's a spell that discipline priests have that heals people when harm is done to the enemies. She sees Lyra as almost a two-sided coin: healing the team through misfortune lmao.

Argus is family. He just...reminds her too much of home for some reason.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PLANS FOR HUEY IN KYR, or things you would be interested in playing out with him?

I am so ??? about plans when Huey is involved because especially w/regards to memories, he can go in a lot of directions. I suppose I would like to see team's eventual reactions to his horrible self (they are horrible too) and perhaps the eventual detachment from said people. But I wonder if because of experiences, he could bond with them just enough to where they are left as "human". Kind of like Elmer and Monica! WE WILL SEE.

Merrill is like... she's so many things at once and I love it. She's a nuanced character that's often written off as one or two traits, which is unfortunate. She's an energetic, friendly, optimistic character who is often socially awkward and puts her foot in her mouth, but it's not because she's inherently naive or oblivious--it's that she's someone who was raised in a very insular culture (the Dalish elves) who is experiencing the human world and human culture for the very first time. She's nervous and self-deprecating and often rambles on a lot, but it all comes from a place of wanting to understand, and wanting to be included, and wanting to not horribly embarrass the few people she calls friends. However, Merrill can also be hard-headed and willful, and doesn't hesitate to speak her mind or assert herself if the situation calls for it. She willingly engages in the most dangerous type of magic (blood magic) and makes no excuses for it, because, as she says, "I can handle myself." She makes mistakes and second-guesses herself all the time, but when it really matters, she won't hesitate. Even when she should, lol. But I love that about Merrill, that she's someone who will cheerfully shed some blood in order to ward off demons while telling you that you'd look very charming with some daffodils in your hair. A bloodier cinnamon roll there never was.
